Police hold 2 on sex-trafficking charges, say they advertised brothel
Irvine police arrested two males this week on pimping and pandering fees after they marketed a brothel on fliers that had been positioned on neighbors’ vehicles, a division spokesperson stated.
The fliers included contact info that led officers a home in the city’s Cypress Village neighborhood, Sgt. Karie Davies stated.
The fliers, in essence, stated, “Name for time,” she stated.
“They had been tremendous unique and really discreet,” Davies stated.
Qiyin Jiaqiyin, 51, of Irvine and Xiaoming Ding, 36, of Whittier had been arrested and booked into the Orange County Jail, Davies stated, the place they’re every being held on $500,000 bail.
Three victims, girls of their 20s and 30s, had been provided help and left the placement after the arrests, Davies stated.
