According to the bookies, Cerundolo is the clear favourite in this matchup, and we agree. He is a better clay-court player than Gaston and had decent success on clay this season. We expect him to dominate.

Stefanos Tsitsipas has lost three of his last five matches. This week in Paris, Muller retired mid-match against Tsitsipas in the opening match. Last season at the French Open, Gigante upset him in the second round.

Best Bet to Make

According to the bookies, Arnaldi is the slight underdog in this matchup, but we disagree. He played well in the opening match against Griekspoor and had a solid run in Rome. Tsitsipas is in bad form, and we expect the Italian to keep this match close.

That being said, Arnaldi covering the games handicap is a value bet.

Champions League final: Why Paris St-Germain could have edge over Arsenal

Some of the numbers for individual players are eye-catching.

Les Parisiens’ club captain Marquinhos has started 14 of those European games – the same number of total appearances he made in the league (11 starts, three as a substitute).

From 13 February to 19 April, the decorated Brazil defender didn’t see a single minute of league action, remaining an unused sub in seven successive games. He played every minute of the holders’ six Champions League fixtures in that timeframe.

Ballon d’Or holder Ousmane Dembele completed 90 minutes in the league only once in 22 appearances. Fellow forward Khvicha Kvaratskhelia played for the duration just twice in 28 matches.

On 12 May, Dembele controversially won the Ligue 1 player-of-the-season award for the second year in a row, registering 10 goals and seven assists.

He started a mere 11 league games (nine at the time of the award), featuring in 22 out of a possible 34 overall, although a succession of injury problems did cause him to miss 10 of those.

Luis Enrique’s policy of rotation – he used 28 players in league fixtures versus Arteta’s 25 – did come at some cost, albeit not a telling one.

Three of their six league defeats – against Marseille in September, Monaco in November and Lyon in April – came immediately after Champions League ties.

Midfielder Warren Zaire-Emery played more league minutes than anyone else in the PSG squad with 2,453. Six Arsenal players clocked up more than that.

The notion that England’s top flight is the best in Europe is not purely down to Anglocentric bias; Uefa’s association club coefficients rank the Premier League as the continent’s top division, with Ligue 1 fifth.

It should be said that PSG played a mammoth 58 games last season en route to a superb four-trophy haul that included a maiden Champions League success in which they overcame Arsenal 3-1 on aggregate in the semi-final. The Ligue 1 campaign is also four games shorter than the Premier League’s, owing to its 18-team format.

Regardless, Arsenal’s key players have undoubtedly been putting a shift in. Goalkeeper David Raya had played every minute of the season until he was rested on the final day against Crystal Palace with the title already in the bag.

Declan Rice, William Saliba, Gabriel and Martin Zubimendi have also started at least 30 league games for the north London club, something only Zaire-Emery can say for their opponents (the Gunners’ Jurrien Timber, who has been injured since mid-March and remains a huge doubt for the final, still managed more minutes than him).

Of the 10 players with the most league minutes for either club this season, just two, Zaire-Emery and Illia Zabarnyi, play for the Paris outfit.

Madison Beer Blushes While Getting Flirty With Justin Herbert As Chargers QB Crashes Pop Icon’s Live Q&A

A scene from Madison Beer’s concert soundcheck in Amsterdam for her “Locket Tour” went viral on X on Tuesday. While she was on stage chatting with fans before the show, her phone started ringing. She answered it right there, and it turned out to be her boyfriend, Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert.

Beer gushed massively while politely explaining him that she was a bit busy at the moment. Before hanging up, she said, “I Love You” to Herbert in front of the entire venue.

Beer’s “Locket Tour” show in Amsterdam took place on May 21, at the Ziggo Dome.

On the stage, she performed “Baby,” a track that sits at number 18 on her tour setlist. The song is special for the couple because Herbert starred as her romantic lead in the music video for it.

The studio version of the song goes: “I’m the best you ever had, baby, I can turn you on.”

Standing under the stage lights, Beer looked directly toward the section of the arena where Herbert was watching the show and sang:

“I’m the best you ever had, Justin, I can turn you on.”

The following day, Beer and Herbert were spotted taking casual stroll through the streets of Paris. The Chargers QB is currently on his NFL offseason and he flew across the Atlantic to accompany her.

Before Beer’s Amsterdam show, Justin Herbert and Madison Beer took a night off on May 20 to attend Harry Styles’ concert at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam.

Justin Herbert Ditched Voluntary Spring Practices to Be with GF Madison Beer in Europe

Justin Herbert skipped a couple of voluntary spring practices, specifically Phase 2 sessions open to the media, to fly out to Europe and support Madison Beer on the “Locket Tour.”

Under the NFL’s collective bargaining agreement, these spring sessions are completely optional.

The Chargers’ actual, formal OTAs did not official kick off until May 26.

Unlike the voluntary OTA sessions, attendance is required for all veteran players at andatory minicamp, which will take place between June 16- June 18.

Herbert’s girlfriend, Madison Beer’s European leg of the “Locket Tour” is set to conclude on May 31 in England.

Seemingly, Herbert will remain overseas with her through the end of the month.

After a short post-Europe break, the tour will pick back up in June for a massive run through the United States and Canada.

Herbert and Beer confirmed their relationship in October 2025. Cameras caught them sharing a kiss on the sidelines during a Los Angeles Chargers home game against the Washington Commanders at SoFi Stadium.
