Jane Seymour admits one workout is completely off-limits at 75: ‘I’m way too A-type’

Jane Seymour has one surprising fitness confession at 75.
Seymour relies on a routine that’s kept her energized for decades — one that’s built on movement, moderation and knowing her limits.
The “Harry Wild” star said she avoids yoga because she’s “way too A-type,” joking that she’d try to outdo everyone in class.
“Well, fitness, I try to do a combination of light weights, some walking, fast walking if I can, or up and down a hill. I do Pilates and Gyrotonics, or if I can’t do any of that, I do the usual thing, the sort of sit-ups and some ballet exercises,” she told Fox News Digital.
“Actually, I go back to my ballet roots. I do a full barre. I eat a Mediterranean diet, usually. I stay away from starch, but not completely, because I never want to think I’m on a diet. I drink very moderately. When I’m filming, not at all.”
Seymour said the secret to staying active isn’t pushing herself to do every trendy workout — it’s knowing her own limits.
“I’ve had to actually tell myself that when I go into a group class, especially something like yoga, that I have to tell myself I am not going to win, because I’m way too A-type…”
She continued, “I want to win… Which means that I can never have done yoga, and I will decide that I could turn myself into the pretzel like that person. No. No, I cannot. I’ll end up in the hospital or something, so… My approach is to try everything, but do it the way that I know I can. So, I listen to my body.”
That mindset has helped fuel Seymour’s seemingly endless energy — something her longtime friend and former “Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman” co-star Joe Lando knows all too well.
More than three decades after becoming one of television’s most beloved couples, the pair have reunited for Season 5 of “Harry Wild,” which returns to Acorn TV with bigger mysteries, higher stakes and a new character who could finally complicate Harry’s love life.
Seymour stars as Harriet “Harry” Wild and also serves as an executive producer on the hit show.
Their on-screen reunion is rooted in a friendship that’s outlasted Hollywood odds.
When Fox News Digital asked how they’ve stayed close all these years, Seymour reflected on the bond they built while filming the hit Western drama.
“Wow, I mean, that’s a really interesting question,” she said. “We worked together for seven years and we kind of fell for one another in the pilot, rather famously, for a brief time. So, we knew each other really, really well, better than on screen.”
The pair eventually realized they were better off as friends, but Lando said one thing about Seymour has remained exactly the same since their “Dr. Quinn” days.
“This inexhaustible flipping energy,” he said. “She just goes, goes and goes.”
Comparing Seymour to the Energizer Bunny, Lando recalled filming long production days while the actress was pregnant with twins.
“45, pregnant with twins. We’re doing 12-hour-plus days sometimes,” he said. “I’d start feeling myself getting a little worn, and I would look over at her… suck it up, get out there and do the job. And that hasn’t changed about her.”
Seymour credits her seemingly endless energy to one simple thing — loving what she does.
When asked where her legendary stamina comes from, Seymour didn’t hesitate.
“I know people keep asking me why, and I just say, because I love what I do,” she said. “I just do, you know, and then when I stop, I sleep.”
AMC Global Media’s “Harry Wild” Season 5 streams exclusively on Acorn TV.

Kanye West drops staggering six figures on masquerade-themed birthday party with wife Bianca Censori

Kanye West reportedly spent nearly $400,000 on a masquerade-themed birthday party at the Château de Versailles in France.
The Grammy winner, whose 49th birthday was on June 8, and his wife, Bianca Censori, hosted more than 20 friends at the historic palace over the weekend, per a photo agency.
The group later continued the party at the nearby Airelles luxury hotel.
West dressed up in an all-black fit for the special occasion, sporting a face mask, jacket, leather pants and boots.
The “Heartless” rapper also accessorized with leather gloves.
As for Censori, 31, she wore a cream-colored satin corseted bodysuit and a matching skirt with structured support underneath.
The Australian model’s face was covered with a feathered headpiece. She finished off her cheeky look with satin wedge heels.
West’s guests wore similar attire, with some even opting to wear animal masks instead of traditional masquerade masks.
The hitmaker’s birthday party comes after he celebrated with Censori earlier this month.
The architect took to her Instagram Stories to honor her husband alongside sweet photos and a video of him singing with a pal.
“Happy birthday @ye. I Iove you more than life,” she captioned the post, before referring to West as her “ride or die 4ever” in a separate story.
The couple also stepped out to the Ciel Bleu French restaurant in Amsterdam for the “Runaway” singer’s birthday weekend.
At the time, West and Censori appeared head over heels for each other while making their way to a waiting car.
The duo secretly tied the knot in December 2022 shortly after West settled his divorce from Kim Kardashian.
West and the Skims founder split in 2021 after seven years of marriage. They continue to co-parent their kids: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.

Aaron Lewis stunned after Taylor Swift merch ships with shredded pages from his album

Taylor Swift’s latest merch drop left country artist Aaron Lewis stunned after pages from his upcoming album turned up shredded as packing material inside fans’ orders.
“Oh look, there’s my new album, that hasn’t even been released yet, shredded as packaging paper in Taylor Swift merch,” the Staind frontman wrote on X on Thursday. “Ain’t that some s—.”
Lewis was responding to a fan’s unboxing video, which showed the fan, confused, piecing together shredded paper that revealed the cover of Lewis’ unreleased record “Give Me Back My Country.”
Fans who ordered Swift’s new “I Knew It, I Knew You” CD collection initially thought the shredded pages contained hidden Swift lyrics.
Instead, Swifties on social media realized the paper featured lyrics, artwork and album pages from Lewis’ upcoming album, which isn’t due out until July 17 through Big Machine Label Group, Swift’s former label, with the merch handled by Universal Music Group.
Lewis said he first learned about the mix-up from his team because he doesn’t use social media.
“I don’t have any social media. I didn’t have it when I was younger. It’s never felt important to me,” he told USA Today.
“I never even had a MySpace. So I don’t see anything of that type of stuff. And when this was brought to me, I was just like, ‘What is going on? This is just weird.’”
The “Country Boy” singer said he couldn’t believe fans had received pieces of an album that hasn’t even hit stores yet.
“That’s the cover to my brand new record that hasn’t even been put out yet,” he said.
“As artists, we put our trust in the distribution companies to get our material way up front and trust that they’ll be responsible with what it is that we give them.”
Lewis, whose music has become more conservative since his early nu-metal years in Staind, said he has no explanation for how the album materials wound up as packing filler.
“I don’t know how this happened,” he admitted. “I hate to think it’s malicious, but at the same time, I don’t know that it’s not.”
“I haven’t even put the record out yet,” he continued. “It’s not like it’s old stuff that was just sitting around that they decided to make packing material out of. It’s my new record. I just don’t understand how something like that can happen.”
Lewis previously met Swift during a Nashville event in 2016 when they were both affiliated with Big Machine and said he doesn’t blame the Grammy winner for the packaging mistake.
“We live in two very, very different worlds. And she’s such a huge star that her world doesn’t intertwine with anyone’s worlds,” he said.
“I certainly wouldn’t be trying to bring her into this or blame her for anything. It just so happens that it was my record cover in her gift box for her fans.”
He also insisted he isn’t looking to capitalize on the attention surrounding the mishap.
“I don’t want people to think that this was an opportunity to promote my new record,” Lewis said.
“I don’t understand how a shredded-up copy of my new record’s art ended up in a Taylor Swift gift box for her fans.”

Jennifer Lopez shares intimate photos from twins’ graduation ceremonies

Jennifer Lopez’s love for her twins don’t cost a thing.
The singer, 56, took to Instagram on Thursday to share pictures from her and Marc Anthony’s twins Max and Emme’s high school graduation ceremonies.
One shot showed Lopez embracing Max, 18, as she closed her eyes and rested her hand on his cheek.
Another picture saw 18-year-old Emme, who is now going by the name “Oskar,” smiling in a graduation gown while sitting in front of a sign that read, “Class of 2026.”
A third image featured a close-up of Oskar’s graduation cap, which read, “Not my first rodeo,” while a shot of graduation-themed cupcakes rounded out the images.
“They say I got lucky… and I don’t disagree… Just this feeling,” Lopez captioned her post.
Earlier this month, the actress attended her kids’ separate graduation ceremonies.
In photos obtained by Page Six, Lopez was seen wiping away her tears while watching Max graduate.
In another shot, the mom of two wrapped Max in a tight hug.
The “Get on the Floor” crooner was joined by her parents, Guadalupe Rodríguez and David Lopez, manager Benny Medina and Oskar.
Jennifer and Anthony, 57, tied the knot in 2004 before welcoming their children in 2008 and divorcing in 2014.
In May, the family attended Oskar’s graduation, with Ben Affleck’s son Samuel, 14, who was also present to cheer on his former step-sibling.
Anthony, meanwhile, wasn’t seen at either ceremony.
Along with the twins, the singer is dad to five other children, most recently welcoming son Marco, 2, with wife Nadia Ferreira.
The couple revealed baby No. 2 is on the way in January.
Anthony is also dad to daughter Arianna, 32, and son Chase, 35, with ex Debbie Rosado Rosado, as well as sons Cristian, 25, and Ryan, 22, with Dayanara Torres.
After Oskar’s graduation, it was revealed that Jennifer’s child was sporting a new moniker.
A March Instagram post announcing where seniors were going to college identified a student as “Oskar Muñiz” alongside a childhood photo. The post tagged Oskar’s Instagram account, which has a profile picture of Jennifer’s child.
While Oskar is set to study theater and visual arts at Sarah Lawrence College, Max has kept his college plans private.
For Jennifer, the “Office Romance” actress just wants her kids to thrive wherever they are.
The musician said during a “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” interview in May, that while she had been “crying for two months,” she wants Oskar and Max to “be happy and go where they want to go and do what they want to do.”
Jennifer teased, “They’re going to realize that their dorms are too small and they’re going to miss home. I hope they’ll want to come back real soon. That’s my plan.”
She gushed that the next chapter will be “great” since “they have big dreams.”
