Perez Hilton’s family is sharing another update on the celebrity blogger’s condition one day after his “suicide attempt.”

“This has been incredibly difficult and emotional for us, made even harder because very little information has been made available to our family,” the public statement shared to Hilton’s website reads. “While we continue to wait for further updates, we remain hopeful.”

“We have also been able to confirm that Perez is able to communicate, which has given our family hope,” Hilton’s loved ones added.

Elsewhere in their statement, Hilton’s family once again thanked “everyone who has reached out with prayers, kind messages, and support for Perez,” noting that their “compassionate humanity during this profoundly heartbreaking time has meant more than words can express.”

They asked for “continued prayers, understanding, and grace as Perez continues to recover” and said they will “share additional updates as [they] receive confirmed information and are able to do so.”

“For now, we’re taking things one step at a time and keeping our focus where it belongs, on Perez and his recovery,” they added. “Again, thank you, truly, for all your support and compassion. We are so grateful.”

This update comes about 24 hours after Hilton, born Mario Armando Lavandeira Jr., was rushed to the hospital after livestreaming an apparent self-harming video on TikTok Live.

Hilton — who is father to three children via surrogacy — was confirmed to be “receiving medical care” in a previous update from his family, who noted that their “focus right now is on his well-being.”

The Miami-Dade County Sheriff’s Office told Page Six Tuesday night that units were dispatched to Hilton’s Miami home after they’d received “multiple calls” of “an individual livestreaming acts of self-harm on social media.”

Officers spoke with Hilton’s family members at the scene and decided to “tactfully disengage” while continuing to “monitor the situation” after confirming Hilton, 48, was alone inside.

The Miami-Dade County Sheriff’s Office later confirmed to Page Six that the individual had “been safely recovered and transported by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue to a local hospital, where he is receiving medical attention,” noting that their “Crisis Response Unit and Licensed Mental Health Professionals” were “on scene providing support and resources to the individual’s family.”

Hilton’s representatives at Golden Artists Entertainment, Dante Rusciolelli and Rebekah Kochan, told Page Six in a statement Tuesday night that they were “aware of the concerning content circulating online” involving their client.

“At this time, we have not been able to make direct contact with him, despite our ongoing efforts to reach him,” they said, adding that their “primary concern” at the time was Hilton’s “health and well-being, as well as the well-being of his family.”

They released an updated statement to Page Six on Wednesday that confirmed they “do not have any additional information to share.”

“We are grateful for the outpouring of concern and support from fans, friends and members of the media,” Rusciolelli and Rebekah Kochan said. “We respectfully ask that everyone continue to honor his privacy while he receives the care he needs.”

In 911 dispatch audio, officers noted that multiple units had responded to the site of a “suicide attempt” and surveillance footage obtained by Page Six shows officers showing up at Hilton’s home multiple times Tuesday.

Hilton’s sister, Barbara “Barbie” Lavandeira, was photographed arriving to the gossip blogger’s Miami house Wednesday, keeping a low profile and attempting to gain access to the home, which he shared with his mother, Teresita Lavandeira.

Authorities also showed up to the property and taped it off, per our source, which is “standard procedure” to assist the family and deal with media presence. We’re told there is no active criminal investigation.

Hilton’s apparent mental health breakdown comes after a “traumatic” year that included a cross-country move, a health crisis that “almost killed him” and financial struggles after life-saving surgeries, sources told Page Six Wednesday.

In the wake of his hospitalization, Hilton’s podcast co-host, Chris Booker, said the show would be put on pause for now, describing it as “all TBD at the moment.”

A version of “The Purge” in which U.S. singles can only legally have sex for one day a year is a good pitch.

A great pitch.

Too bad the set-up is also the funniest part of “One Night Only,” starring Callum Turner and Monica Barbaro. There’s a hearty laugh in the first few seconds when a straight-faced explainer pops up onscreen to upbeat rom-com music in front of the New York skyline.

“Three years ago, premarital sex was outlawed in the United States except for one night a year,” it abruptly says.

Ha.

The movie, at that point, appears to be a strange and clever mashup of “Friends With Benefits” and “The Handmaid’s Tale.” Yet the giggles and ingenuity taper off. And by the end, we’ve watched something closer to “Date Night” with Tina Fey and Steve Carell — a “nothing good happens after midnight” trip with multiple underwhelming stops en route to a predictable, lovey-dovey ending. 

Over a rowdy 12 hours, Owen (Turner) and Allie (Barbaro) find themselves in increasingly silly situations in a frenzy to get laid. We’ve seen better versions of this story many, many times.

But director Will Gluck’s movie adds a barely discernible dusting of sci-fi dystopia, and so the skeptical audience silently asks follow-up question after follow-up question about the preposterous circumstances. 

Congress apparently passed this law to promote traditional marriage (spouses can still get it on 24/7, 365). And as a result, every American has had an implant inserted into their arm that alerts law enforcement of rising dopamine levels that suggest they’re getting it on.

Crazy “The Purge,” about a 24-hour stretch of legalized crime, somehow comes off more realistic than “One Night Only.”  

So you’re telling me it took us in the real world 20 years to fully enact the REAL ID act, but in this movie 350 million people got forced bioelectronic surgery in time before a new congressional majority could repeal the loony sex ban?

And the U.S. Government surely can’t enforce American zippers in Europe or South America. Couldn’t our randy citizens just fly to other countries to vent their frustrations?

Also why does nobody seem all that mad about having one of the most basic human functions prohibited by law? There’s an occasional “f–k the mandate!” shout here, but for the most part the annual event resembles Valentine’s Day — Champagne, flowers — only with more public make-outs. 

I know what you’re saying: “Can’t you just relax and enjoy the movie?”

Nope!

Everybody enthusiastically indulges in this baby bacchanal except for the two most boring people in town — our main characters!

Owen, an uncommonly hot pizzeria owner, is about to propose to his girlfriend over a nice omakase dinner when she drops a bomb.

“I’m going to sleep with someone else tonight,” the mean GF says.

Distraught, Owen begrudgingly decides to sow his oats as a distraction. 

Allie, meanwhile, attends a single mingle type of party meant to help people get lucky. Her eccentric job is as a singer for TV commercials, mostly parodying songs that are frequent visitors to this genre. 

One is a cover of “A Thousand Miles”… for the product Vagi-Clear.

Allie wants more than a quick tumble in the sack. She wants to forge a meaningful connection. Of course she does.

Perhaps she’ll finally get her genuine spark with Owen. After an awkward meet-cute (in this instance, a meet-puke) in the street, the pair keep running into each other at a bodega, a police station, etc. 

Their journey is much like driving on a highway through the Midwest — smooth and all corn.

Can’t you feel this gradually transforming into every rom-com ever?

What prevents “One Night Only” from becoming bad sex is the chemistry between Turner and Barbaro. Their energy is flirty and warm, even if it’s rather suspect that the two hottest people in this purported sex comedy are the ones least interested in sex. They coaxed a few smiles out of me. We want them to wind up together, but we also know they will, for we are not total morons.

If you’re a New Yorker, the timing of this movie about the five boroughs going loco is rather unfortunate.

Last month, the NBA Finals game 5 showed what an unrestrained, euphoric city-wide party looks like. Come to think of it, it looked like “The Purge”!

How could the one 12-hour period a year where unmarried people can hook up not be similarly riotous? I suspect because the standard romantic comedy budget doesn’t allow them to be. 

Quite by accident, Gluck’s routine film ends up resembling so many of the one night stands it’s about: A fantastic plan at first, but an unsatisfying let-down in the light of day.

Barry Manilow abruptly canceled his Tuesday night concert in Lexington, Ky., marking the second time the show has been postponed this year.

The “Copacabana” singer, 83, announced the cancelation just minutes before he was set to take the stage at Rupp Arena.

“Due to unforeseen circumstances tonight’s show in Lexington has been rescheduled,” Manilow said on X at 6:19 p.m — 45 minutes before the 7 p.m. showtime.

He did not provide a reason for the last-minute postponement.

The show was originally scheduled for March 9 but was postponed as Manilow recovered from surgery for lung cancer.

As of Tuesday night, an abundance of standard tickets were still on sale for prices ranging from $39 to $578, though fan club tickets had previously sold out.

Rupp Arena said all previously purchased tickets will be honored once a new date is announced.

Page Six has reached out to Manilow’s reps for comment.

The Grammy winner is still expected to perform in Cincinnati, Ohio on Wednesday.

The latest cancellation comes months after Manilow was forced to reshuffle several performances as he focused on his health.

Earlier this year, he postponed dates at Westgate Las Vegas after undergoing surgery following his lung cancer diagnosis.

In December, Manilow revealed that doctors had found a cancerous spot on his left lung.

“It’s pure luck (and a great doctor) that it was found so early,” he told fans on Instagram. “That’s the good news.”

The singer said doctors believed the cancer had not spread but were conducting additional tests to confirm the diagnosis.

“So, that’s it. No chemo. No radiation,” he shared. “Just chicken soup and I Love Lucy reruns.”

The health scare also forced Manilow to postpone January dates on his “Christmas A Gift of Love” concert series.

“I’m very sorry that you have to change your plans. Just like you, we were all looking forward to the January shows and hate having to move everything around,” he said at the time.

In March, Manilow reflected on how the diagnosis changed his perspective.

“You just don’t even think about [how fragile life is]. And suddenly, you have lung cancer,” he told People.

“But I’m still here. I’m not all here; there’s part of me that isn’t here — they took out a part of me, and now I’ve got to figure out, ‘What do I do?’”

The “Mandy” singer revealed the experience also prompted him to reflect on his life.

“It has really, really made me take stock of my life,” he said. “This made me stop and think about: Have I done what I wanted to do, and have I made people happy? Have I been a good friend?”

“And the answers are yes,” he added. “And as a matter of fact, there are more yeses than I ever thought.”
