Kate Gosselin snubs estranged son Collin, says her kids ‘all get along’ and have ‘wonderful’ bond

Kate Gosselin gushed over how well her children “get along” after her estranged son, Collin, penned an emotional open letter, seemingly blaming her for his rift with his siblings.
“The most wonderful thing is when the kids come home for the holidays and they’re all catching up because they live in different places or go to different colleges,” Kate said as she sewed a button on son Joel’s jacket in a TikTok video shared Friday. “I get to listen to them catching up and be a part of that.”
“We cook big meals together,” she added. “It’s really loud here and I love it, I love hearing their laughter. They get along really great, and it’s really wonderful.”
The “Jon and Kate Plus 8” alum — who shares Collin’s fellow sextuplets Alexis, Leah, Hannah, Aaden and Joel, 21, and twin sisters Madelyn and Cara, 24, with ex Jon Gosselin — added that daughter Hannah “just called” her to help “get an Amazon list together of all the things that I have mentioned and people keep asking me for, so guess what? It’s on my TikTok profile thing now.”
She continued, “I know, I’m really excited because I was asking her for help. She’s really good.”
A rep for Collin did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
Kate’s new video comes after Collin took to the platform on August 7 to share a letter with his siblings, insinuating their mother, 50, “forced” them “apart.”
“Born to be a team, us against the world…” he wrote atop a throwback pic of the siblings, with Adele’s song “Hometown Glory” playing in the background. On a second photo of himself in a vehicle, he wrote, “Forced to do it alone, and wonder every day what our lives could’ve looked like.”
In the caption, Collin said he felt that they were “forced apart, pitted against each other.”
“All the fame and money in the world, but what about kids being kids? I will always love them more than anything,” he wrote.
Kate subsequently took to TikTok on Monday to reveal that she’s returned to her career as a nurse amid financial pressure — and seemingly responded to Collin’s social media post.
As the reality TV star loaded her dishwasher, a follower took to the comments thread to post a screenshot of Collin’s TikTok. “He knows why..😢” she simply responded.
After Kate and her ex-husband, 48, divorced in 2009, she obtained custody of all their children and took part in a spinoff, “Kate Plus 8,” between 2015 and 2017. But after sending Collin to Fairmount Behavioral Health Institute in 2016 at age 12 for alleged behavioral issues, a family feud emerged.
Collin reached out to his father after two years in the facility, with Jon eventually obtaining sole physical custody of his son. Hannah also went to live with her father, with the remaining children apparently siding with their mother.
Jon leveled accusations that Kate “institutionalized [Collin] without a diagnosis and then created a diagnosis” in a 2019 appearance on “The Dr. Oz Show.”
In a 2024 interview with the Sun, Collin accused Kate of alleged abuse including zip-tying and locking him in a basement.
Through a lawyer, Kate strenuously denied she “intentionally” harmed him and told the Sun she “did what she did to protect herself and her family” from allegedly “troubled behavior.”
Additionally, she stated in a now-deleted social media post that Collin’s “brothers and sisters and I have not been directly involved in his life due to his history of unpredictable behavior and violent tendencies towards us.”
The “Dancing With the Stars” alum — who briefly returned to TV in a 2023 episode of “Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test” before bowing out due to an injury — said in Monday’s TikTok that she’d experienced a “sickening” financial downfall following her volatile divorce from Jon.
“Sickening but I was drug [sic] into court constantly and that costs A TON,” she wrote in response to a fan comment about why she returned to her demanding vocation. “Sad bc my kids could have a lot more saved and I could have a retirement saved if it weren’t for lawyers :(“

Jim Belushi’s Oregon ranch is his ‘spiritual’ sanctuary with sweat lodge, roaming cattle

Jim Belushi has it all: success in a decades-long career, legions of friends in high and low places, and a sweat lodge on his Oregon ranch.
The host of the A&E series “K9 PD with Jim Belushi” exclusively told Fox News Digital that his “sanctuary” up north is not only an idyllic retreat for him, but also serves as an incredibly “spiritual” haven.
“I love Oregon, it’s a beautiful property,” Belushi explained of his ranch, which is also featured on a reality series about his cannabis farm. “I’ve got a sweat lodge. I built a sweat lodge there. They do all kinds of little ceremonial Native American practices.”
Belushi, 71, planted roots in the southern part of the state nearly two decades ago.
“There’s 50 cows on my property right now that just had 50 calves, and it’s the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. These little calves running around chasing each other,” Belushi said. “Actually, last night, I got video of it.
“They broke down the fence and came over to my place. They’re going, ‘Where’s Jim?’ So I had 60, 70 cows in my front yard. They wrangled them up and put them back in the fenced area.”
He added, “It’s beautiful. Very nice people up there. It’s a beautiful, beautiful place.”
While Belushi faces unique challenges on his farm, working with animals isn’t something he’s afraid of. The comedy giant starred as detective Michael Dooley who was paired with police dog Jerry Lee in the 1989 classic, “K-9.”
Two years later, he played a homeless con artist who caught a break with a rich lawyer, thanks in part to the antics of his orphaned daughter in the John Hughes classic, “Curly Sue.”
“There’s an old saying that goes don’t work with dogs and don’t work with children,” Belushi chuckled. “And I did ‘K9’ and ‘Curly Sue.’ What’s different about working with dogs is what you hope every other actor has – the ability to be extremely present.”
He added, “When you’re extremely present, spontaneity happens, and that’s when you capture the magic.
“There was a moment in ‘K9’ where I was on the couch, and I was leaning in for my first kiss of the girl and the dog was there, and he took his paw and pushed my head down. That wasn’t planned, he wasn’t trained to do that.
“The cameras were rolling and all I kept thinking as my head went down was, ‘I hope there’s no hair in the film, I hope nobody blew this take,’ because it just was a magic moment.”
Belushi noted that children have a similar presence while working in front of the camera.
“They don’t know the difference between the rolling and cut and action,” he said. “So you gotta be – I’m trained as an improvisational actor, so it helps. You just gotta be in the moment with dogs and react sincerely in that moment.”
He added, “By the way, that’s why they don’t want you to work with children or dogs because the moment that is the most present is the moment that’s the most vulnerable, and vulnerability wins the scene.”
Belushi’s latest endeavor, hosting “K9 PD with Jim Belushi” – which follows officers and their K-9 counterparts in the field with bodycam, dash and drone footage – only amplified his love for animals and the unsung heroes in law enforcement.
“When I did the ‘K-9’ movies, I did ride-alongs, quite a few, in LA, San Diego,” Belushi said. “I went to the academy and worked with the handlers and the dogs and watched training, participated in the training.
“The thing that excited me the most about the ability to do this movie was the relationship that this man or woman had with that animal. It was way beyond having a little small dog and so cute and laying on my lap. They protected each other and they both felt it and knew it.”
He added, “The bond is hard to articulate, but it is really deep. And they take these guys home. And that dog becomes part of their family, and that dog protects that family, and that protects that officer. Not on the street, they’re protecting everybody, including the bad guy. To me, that’s what was the most interesting thing is the relationship between the handler and their animal. It runs really deep.”
As an avid fan of action and adventure, Belushi was excited to host the A&E reality series.
“It’s visceral. You’ve got drama, you’ve got a little humor in it, but you really have that warmth between the handler,” Belushi said. “They are in moments of life and death always, and how they care for each other, protect each other — It’s beautiful to watch.”
He added, “This piece of that relationship between the canine and the canine’s officer. I mean, that is what attracted me … And the action. I’m an action guy. I love action.”

Brooks Nader and Taron Egerton kiss during LA date night

Brooks Nader and Taron Egerton once again couldn’t keep their hands off each other during a date night in Santa Monica.
The pair was pictured on Sunday wrapping their arms around each other for a passionate kiss. Nader wore a white tank top and gray sweatpants for the casual outing, while Egerton rocked beige cargo pants and a black T-shirt.
Both wore dark colored ball caps for the spring outing, during which they were also spotted affectionately holding hands. In other photos, they appeared to be chatting while standing on a porch in the iconic beach city.
Reps for Egerton and the “Baywatch” bombshell did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
Also on Sunday evening, the duo stepped out for dinner at celeb hotspot Giorgio Baldi, with Nader slipping into a little red dress with a leather jacket, and Egerton wearing jeans and a white T-shirt, which he layered with a jacket.
At one point, they were seen leaving the establishment with Brooks’ sister, Sarah Jane Nader.
The duo was also seen packing on the PDA on Saturday evening in Santa Monica, with the model, 29, again donning a white cropped tank top, which she paired with oversized jeans and a belt.
Egerton wore a beige button-down shirt and gray slacks with black sneakers for the outing.
They were seen arriving at Italian steakhouse Capo before walking arm in arm to iconic oceanside hotel Shutters on the Beach.
The pair enjoyed drinks by the patio bar before taking a stroll. Later, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model and the “Kingsman” star were snapped kissing while cuddling on a wicker loveseat.
Prior to that, the pair was seen taking in “Project Hail Mary” in Los Angeles on Friday. Over the weekend, an insider divulged to Page Six that Nader and the “Rocket Man” star, 36, are officially dating.
“It wasn’t their first date,” the source told us. “They have known each other for some time.”
Nader previously wed Bill Haire, whom she divorced in 2024 after four years of marriage.
She’s also been linked to NFL star Tom Brady, Oscar winner Kevin Costner and “Dancing With the Stars” partner Gleb Savchenko, among others.
Egerton, meanwhile, has dated “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” actress Chloe Bennet, as well as assistant director Emily Thomas.

Roseanne Barr reveals heart issue, fears she’ll die during surgery

Roseanne Barr received a stark diagnosis — a “damaged” heart — a warning that left her fearing she could “die on the surgery table.”
Barr, 73, opened up about her health while talking about the “ponytail facelift” she wanted to get.
“This doctor says I have to go get my heart checked out because it’s damaged,” the actress said during an appearance on her podcast, “The Roseanne Barr Podcast.” “So now I’m so pissed. Because I’m like, I need a new doctor.”
“He’s always sending me to other doctors to check me out,” she added. “And I’m like, why do I have to go find something wrong when nothing’s wrong and then get in shape just so I can have surgery and die on the surgery table?”
Barr doubled down, saying the prospect of surgery didn’t make sense to her.
“I mean, it doesn’t make any sense,” she said. “I would rather not get ready for any sort of surgery ever again in my life and just, you know, get a heart attack or a stroke and then just be put into the home. What do they call that place? Hospice.”
The candid remarks offered a glimpse into her mindset on aging and end-of-life care, a contrast to the more grounded, day-to-day life she’s built in recent years. Barr opened up about her move to Texas and the joys she’s experienced since making the lifestyle change and being outdoors in a recent interview with Fox News Digital.
Although it has been a “dream come true” for the “Roseanne Barr is America” star, Barr shared that while mowing her property, her tractor fell on top of her and trapped her underneath the weight of the machine.
“I’m doing a lot of mowing. I’ve got a really fantastic tractor out here, and I’m mowing. The only problem is I don’t clear the trees quite as good as I should, and I’m always hitting a tree and knocking it over, and it always hits me in the head.
“So, I’ve had several injuries recently. I had this one tree … I knocked it and a great big old branch fell right on my head and trapped me in my tractor,” Barr said. “So I knew I had to get out of there, and it weighed about a hundred pounds.”
Barr explained that it took her an hour to move the tree “inch by inch” before she was able to flip it over.
Ahead of the release of the documentary, “Roseanne Barr is America,” in 2025, Barr told Fox News Digital that her life is a representation of the American experience.
“I went from poverty to wealth through comedy. That’s a typical Jewish-American experience in my generation and a few other generations for minority people that are funny. I think it’s typical, you know,” she said.
A stand-up comic turned household name, Barr skyrocketed to fame with her hit ABC sitcom “Roseanne.” In 2018, Barr was essentially canceled after tweeting a racist remark about Obama adviser Valerie Jarrett.
Barr faced an onslaught of backlash for the tweet, leading to smears from her co-stars and ABC canceling the revival of her hit namesake show “Roseanne,” instead televising the spin-off series “The Conners.”
The comedian admitted she doesn’t keep in touch with any of her former co-stars.
“No, I’m not friends with none of them,” Barr told Fox News Digital. “They’re all in the past. I have pleasant memories of what fun we had — wish them all the best. And no, we don’t talk. I’ve moved on from that horrendous ending and chapter of my life, but you know, I don’t hold any bitterness or nothing to them, but my God, what fun we had on that show.
“And I was sorry they f—ed it all up with their greed and ridiculous stupidity to f— all that up. F— them, but I wish them well,” she said.
