Jennifer Lopez eyeing $20 million mansion in Brentwood

Jennifer Lopez is reportedly eyeing a $20 million mansion in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles — very close to where her former husband Ben Affleck currently lives.
Lopez recently toured the off-market estate, a source with direct knowledge told TMZ Friday.
The source said the multi-hyphenate “really likes” the property but has “serious concerns” about the air quality around it given the ongoing wildfires that have been burning since Jan. 7.
According to the source, Lopez, 55, is fond enough of the place that she’s bringing in an air quality specialist to assess the area before proceeding with the purchase process.
Reps for the singer-actress did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
As for Affleck, the actor-director previously evacuated his $20 million mansion — located on the border of Brentwood and Pacific Palisades — that he bought just a few months before the deadly Palisades Fire ignited.
As of Friday evening, the blaze — which destroyed almost the entire neighborhood — was at 77 percent containment, but officials warn of the air quality throughout the entire county.
“Fire debris and ash contain harmful substances like heavy metals, asbestos and toxic chemicals,” LA County Department of Public Health Director Dr. Barbara Ferrer said at a press conference, according to ABC7.
“Heavy metals such as lead and arsenic can come from burned electronics and building materials,” she added, noting that “inhaled over a long period of time, [fire debris] can lead to chronic changes and … respiratory conditions.”
Affleck, 52, temporarily stayed with his first wife, Jennifer Garner, and their three children — Violet, 19, Seraphina, 16, and Samuel, 12 — at the actress’ Brentwood home. He previously lived in a rental nearby. However, he moved out of that property in September 2024 after purchasing his new home two months prior.
After the start of the Palisades Fire, Affleck returned to his Pacific Palisades estate on Jan. 8.
Lopez “has been checking in on Ben throughout this whole ordeal” and “let him know she’s there for him and the kids,” an insider previously told Page Six.
Though the once-couple — who were married for two years — finalized their divorce earlier this month, they are still trying to offload their marital mansion in Beverly Hills, which is on the market for a reported $61 million.

‘I kind of hate money’

Tina Fey revealed she will never have a side hustle and admitted she judges fellow celebrities who do.
“I have a problem with rich people having a side hustle,” the “Mean Girls” star shared on Tuesday’s episode of the “Good Hang with Amy Poehler” podcast.
“If you already have like $200 million … I judge it,” she added.
Poehler, 53, encouraged Fey, 54, to change her viewpoint, saying the latter should “learn from Gen Z” and not “judge it.”
The pals got on the topic of side hustles when the “Parks and Recreation” star complemented Fey on her “incredible hair.”
“I feel like you should have a hair campaign,” Poehler said. “[I’m] always pushing you to have a glasses line. Why do you not have a glass [line]?”
Fey started to detail why she hadn’t invested in a glasses line before Poehler interrupted, saying, “You hate money?”
“I do kind of hate money,” the “Date Night” star chimed in, explaining that she is “terrible with money.”
“No, I’m not terrible. I don’t waste money, but I don’t get excited about money,” she clarified.
The “30 Rock” alum shared she only needs enough funds to feel “safe” and live.
According to Celebrity Net Worth, Fey is worth $75 million.
Poehler and Fey have been friends for 30 years and have worked on several projects together, including starring on “Saturday Night Live” in the early 2000s, the 2015 comedy “Sisters” and co-hosting the 2021 Golden Globes.
During an appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Kimmel” in February, Poehler joked that she was Fey’s “second wife.”
Poehler quipped that she only got cast on “SNL” in 2001 because Fey was a cast member and she was her “nepo friend.”
“Tina got me the job 100%. Vouched for me in every way,” she said.
Fey was a writer and cast member of the show from 1997 to 2006 and Poehler from 2001 to 2008.

Lizzo Confronts Andy Cohen for Outing Her Relationship with Myke Wright

Lizzo wants to make sure Andy Cohen knows what he did.
In a new interview on SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live, the “About Damn Time” artist joked about having “beef” with the host after her relationship with boyfriend Myke Wright was made public when she appeared on Cohen’s radio show in April 2022.
The topic came up as the Real Housewives producer asked Lizzo, “Are you in love?”
“You know what?” replied the Grammy winner. “I really got beef with you because the last time we saw each other you f—ing outed me!”
Looking back, Lizzo now thinks the moment “was so funny.” However, she wasn’t exactly sure what to do at the time, as Wright was in the room for the interview — but she hadn’t confirmed their relationship publicly yet.
The “Special” artist explained, “I was in such a weird position because, like, we’re so private, but he was there and I was like, ‘I don’t want to say ‘no’ because I don’t want to [hurt him].'”
Cohen questioned whether confirming the relationship led to any issues between Lizzo and Wright, to which she responded, “No. It started s— with the world, though.”
She added, “I think when the world sees two happy people, they want to destroy them.”

Lizzo and Wright co-hosted MTV’s Wonderland together in 2016, and after confirming their romance in April 2022 they made their red carpet debut at a “For Your Consideration” event for her Watch Out for the Big Grrrls Amazon Prime Video reality competition series two months later.
In a December 2022 interview on The Howard Stern Show, the “Truth Hurts” singer spoke about how it took a few years of knowing Wright for their relationship to turn romantic.
“We’re not playing any games with each other anymore. We’re very much locked in,” she said. “I had a lot of s— to do, and I still was very much in my ‘I feel un-loveable’ place, and I still was very much not where I wanted to be career-wise,” she told Stern. “Even if a person came around that I was googly gaga about, I had these wild defenses up that made it almost impossible for a true, intimate relationship to occur.”

Stern then asked if they’d get married in the future, and Lizzo said, “There’s nobody else I’m going to be with for the rest of my life.”
Earlier this month, the pair stepped out at the 2025 Vanity Fair Oscars party in a rare red carpet appearance.
Lizzo recently announced her third album, Love in Real Life, set for a 2025 release. Her new songs “Love in Real Life” and “Still Bad” are out now.

Copy Taylor Swift’s iHeartRadio Music Awards 2025 look with similar snake necklaces

Could “Reputation” references be slithering back into Taylor Swift’s wardrobe?
The star sent fans into a frenzy during the iHeartRadio Music Awards 2025 on Monday night by sporting a Jacquie Aiche snake necklace in her acceptance video for the tour of the century award
Given Swift’s propensity for fashion Easter eggs, the reptile-inspired chain had plenty of netizens — and Flavor Flav, who tweeted, “if ya know ya know” — speculating it could be a “Reputation (Taylor’s Version)” clue.
Subliminal message or otherwise, the pop star’s marquise diamond-studded style will run you $9,000 — but we scoured the internet for similar snake-inspired styles starting at just $45. Read on to shop the look for less.

If the price tag on Swift’s necklace has you saying “this is why we can’t have nice things,” never fear. This under-$200 style lends a likeminded look. (And the brand makes a matching ring, too.)

While Swift’s partial to Awe Inspired’s medallion pendants, like the Rhiannon Necklace she wore while rehearsing for the Eras Tour, the brand also offers this sleek snake chain. (Like Swift’s pricier pick, it’s fully adjustable.)

For something a bit more (ahem) delicate, Swift-loved label Melinda Maria makes several scale-like lariats.

If you’re looking for even more budget-friendly options, this style’s a great deal right now at Nordstrom Rack.

This extra-long style is sure to make a statement.

While it’s on the shorter side, this AllSaints necklace packs a punch thanks to that bejeweled snake head.
