Taylor Frankie Paul vacations with her older kids amid Ever custody dispute, domestic violence scandal

Taylor Frankie Paul embarked on a family vacation with her two older kids — after losing temporary custody of her and Dakota Mortensen’s son, Ever, 2, following a domestic violence incident with her ex.
The “Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” star shared an Instagram Story on Friday of herself cuddled up on the couch with her daughter Indy, 8, and son Ocean, 5, whom she shares with ex-husband Tate Paul.
Other relatives were also curled up on the sofa, including Paul’s mom, Liann, and sister Aspen.
The group flashed wide smiles as they looked into the camera.
A follow-up post showed a series of four wheelers in the mountains, with the caption: “When the family meets in @area.bfe,” referencing an off-roading park in Utah.
Paul’s Easter weekend getaway comes on the heels of Utah police investigating allegations of a third domestic violence incident between her and Mortensen.
A spokesperson for the department told Page Six at the time, “The allegations were reported at the end of February 2026, and detectives have reviewed video believed to have been recorded in early to mid-2024.”
“Investigators are actively working to gather and verify information and are in the process of interviewing those involved. At this time, no charges have been filed, as the investigation remains ongoing.”
Mortensen’s friend reported to police that the social media star was the victim of a domestic violence assault by his ex-girlfriend, whom he dated on and off from 2022 to 2024.
The DadTok member also alleged to authorities that there were “two incidents of physical assault involving grabbing, scratching, shoving, and striking,” the report states.
Mortensen went on to file for a restraining order against Paul, alleging that she choked him last month in the presence of their two-year-old son. He has since been granted temporary custody.
A court hearing, where Paul will be allowed to speak, has been scheduled for April 7. However, “no parent time is allowed” until then, according to the order.
The most recent domestic violence claims have since halted filming of “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.”
However, Paul and Mortensen have been involved in multiple domestic violence incidents over the years.
Earlier this month, a disturbing video from 2023 of Paul attacking Mortensen — while Indy was in the room — was released online.
In the footage, the Utah native tried to kick her now-ex and threw metal barstools at him.
Following the altercation, a police officer called Liann to ask if she could check and make sure her granddaughter did not have any injuries.
In a phone call obtained by TMZ, the cop explained: “There were some other facts about this case that have kind of come out after the fact. It looks like during the altercation, [Indy] got hit in the head with a metal chair.”
The officer pointed out that the young child might have suffered a concussion from the incident.
“I think she looks fine,” Liann responded. “I saw her.”
After checking on Indy for a second time, Paul’s mom assured the officer, “There’s nothing on her. No bumps or anything.”
Meanwhile, after the domestic violence clip surfaced, ABC canceled Paul’s season of “The Bachelorette.”
The television personality’s rep said in a statement at the time that the video “conveniently omits context” and Mortensen’s “never-ending, desperate, attention-seeking, destructive campaign to harm Taylor without any regard for the consequences for their child.”
Mortensen, meanwhile, denied his ex’s allegations, stating, “I am focusing on our son [Ever] and his safety, and hope that Taylor will do the same.”

Cardi B and Stefon Diggs spark reconciliation rumors 2 months after split

She likes it like that.
Cardi B and Stefon Diggs sparked reconciliation buzz after the athlete attended his ex’s Little Miss Drama Tour in Washington, DC.
On Wednesday night, personal trainer Clyde Simmons took to his Instagram Stories, sharing a video of the former New England Patriots star, his youngest brother, Trevon Diggs, and their mom, Stephanie Diggs, turning up at Cardi’s sold-out show in Capital One Arena.
In the clip, Stefon could be seen dancing with his family as his ex rapped her verse to Blueface’s “Thotiana Remix.”
Simmons then shared another video of the group enjoying Cardi’s performance of “ErrTime” from a lower level.
“We took over 🤣,” he wrote atop the clip.
Following the concert, Stefon attended the Grammy winner’s afterparty at Throw Social.
When the “WAP” emcee — born Belcalis Almánzar — left the club moments after Stefon and his family, Cardi walked over to her ex’s car and chatted with him before they left separately.
Fans took to social media to discuss whether they believe Cardi and Stefon are back together.
“[I] Am honestly happy for my girl. If they back together this is amazing even for their son ❤️❤️. And of course for Cardi to because it’s lonely out here and we all need love at the end of the day ❤️❤️,” wrote one user.
“She gonna get it tonight😂,” added another user.
“I’m happy..I think they need to reset and try again,” a third user claimed.
“I hope they’re working it out,” commented a fourth netizen.
Page Six has reached out to reps for both Cardi and Stefon but did not immediately hear back.
The “Up” emcee, 33, and the NFL free agent, 32, split before he and his teammates took on the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl 2026 on Feb. 8.
After the game, eagle-eyed fans noticed that the couple unfollowed each other on Instagram.
A source told People that Cardi “pulled back” from her relationship with Stefon because she “couldn’t trust him.”
“Things were getting too heated and complicated,” the insider said of their whirlwind romance.
“Cardi is very no-nonsense. The second she felt that she couldn’t trust him, she pulled back to focus on her kids, her music and tour.”
The exes share a son, who was born in November 2025. The “Bodak Yellow” hitmaker also shares three kids with her estraged husband, Offset (born Kiara Cephus.)

‘The Pitt’ star cries as he reveals show helped pay off $80K debt

Patrick Ball broke down in tears while revealing how his role on “The Pitt” paid off his college debt.
Ball — who plays Dr. Frank Langdon on the critically acclaimed HBO show — said that he paid off his student loans totaling $80,000 three months into working on the series.
“That was a really profound moment ‘cause I thought I was gonna die with it,” he told Cultured magazine in an interview published Tuesday. “It’s a huge burden to carry, and a lot of people carry it.”
The actor — who attended both the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and the Yale School of Drama — said his financial insecurity was a big problem for him in his past failed relationships.
“I had just thought that was going to be my life forever, and that is a really heavy thing to live with,” he shared. “Paying off those student loans and getting back to zero, I remember being like, ‘Man, if this show works, great. If it doesn’t work, they can’t take that away from me.’ I am out of debt. No take-backsies on that.”
Ball said he was seriously considering quitting acting six months before he landed the role on “The Pitt” because he was struggling so bad financially.
“I was looking for an off-ramp,” he admitted.
Ball, 36, recalled the odd jobs he had, which included working four jobs in New York.
“I was working at a coffee shop, I was working at a restaurant, I was working as a wardrobe assistant for ‘And Just Like That,’ I was doing these corporate coaching seminars,” he said.
“I was doing these seminars where they’d bring me into Blackrock and Blackstone and Goldman Sachs, and they would want to teach these young administrators how to have difficult conversations, à la how to fire somebody,” he continued. “They would bring me in as an actor so that these administrators could get practice firing someone. “
“The Pitt” — which won a SAG Actor Award in the outstanding performance by an ensemble in a drama series category this year — has been a huge hit for HBO.
The medical drama is led by “ER” alum Noah Wyle. The actor made a rare appearance with his wife, Sara, and their two children — Auden, 20, and Owen, 23 — at “The Pitt” season 2 premiere in January.

Rod Stewart wife Penny Lancaster says she deserves a medal for marriage to rock legend

After 26 years of partnership and 18 years of marriage to Rod Stewart, Penny Lancaster says she deserves a medal.
In a new interview with Best Magazine, the 55-year-old mother of two opened up about her relationship with the rock legend and revealed how they manage to “keep the intimacy alive” after nearly two decades of marriage.
“Yes, 26 years! I deserve a medal, don’t I?” she told the publication, per the Daily Mail. “Only joking.”
The couple met back in 1999 when Penny was a student at Barking College.
The pair married in 2007 and eventually welcomed two sons, Alastair Wallace and Aiden Patrick.
Stewart was already a father of six at the time of his marriage to Lancaster.
With a blended family and hectic schedules, Lancaster said it’s important that she and her husband find time for each other.
“We don’t take each other for granted and make sure we have date nights together … dinner, the theatre or whatever, doing the school run together and having an ‘a deux’ coffee on the way home, long romantic walks together,” she said. “We flirt with each other and make each other laugh.”
Lancaster said they “keep the intimacy alive” by celebrating each other and the big milestones they reach in their relationship.
“We’re big on celebrating our anniversaries and really spoil each other,” she said. “For instance, for our last wedding anniversary, we took a very romantic train trip from Paris to Portofino because Rod proposed to me in Paris and we got married in Portofino. We love reminiscing about our life together and also making plans for the future — more romantic trips.”
But the biggest secret to their success? Having “time apart,” says Lancaster.
Lancaster said that really “keeps the spark alive.”
