Southern Charm’s Salley Carson Removes Breast Implants She Got for Her Ex-Fiancé

Salley Carson is opening up about a cosmetic procedure she underwent because she thought her ex-fiancé liked it — but she’s now reversing the procedure.
On the Thursday, Jan. 30, episode of Southern Charm, the Bachelor alum, 30, revealed in a conversation with fellow series newcomer Molly O’Connell, 37, that she had breast implants put in when she was engaged to her former boyfriend.
“I got them when I was with my ex-fiancé,” Carson tells O’Connell in one scene. “I thought that’s what he liked. I just felt like I did it for the wrong reason.”
In a confessional, the Bachelor in Paradise alum said that while her ex (whom she called off an engagement with just weeks before appearing on The Bachelor) never directly asked her to get the procedure done, she felt that he made her feel insecure.
“It’s not like my ex-fiancé told me, ‘Your boobs aren’t good enough.’ He never did,” she says in an interview. “But the girls that he was giving attention to had bigger breasts and didn’t look like I looked, and it somewhat made me insecure. But now if a guy asked me to get something done or made me feel that way, I would just exit the relationship.”
Per the Cleveland Clinic, implants — often made of silicone, saline, or silicone gel — are placed inside the breast by a cosmetic surgeon.

During Thursday’s episode, Molly also revealed she had a fat transfer breast augmentation done. According to the Cleveland Clinic, cosmetic surgeons use liposuction to remove fat cells from a person’s body and then inject the purified fat cells into the breasts to increase the cup size. This procedure can be less risky than using implants, the clinic adds.
“I got ankle and calf liposuction and then I shoved that into my boobs because I had no boobies,” she jokes in a confessional interview.
“Guys are saying I look great,” she added to Carson.
Carson has previously been candid about her split from her ex-fiancé, both on Southern Charm and her stints on various Bachelor franchise shows, including Clayton Echard’s season.

“When I was 22 years old, I got engaged,” Carson recalled on the Jan. 16 episode of Southern Charm. “We had the big house and like, he wanted kids, and I thought that I had everything. And then, 25 days before the wedding, I got a DM that he had been cheating on me, so I canceled the wedding and moved to Charleston. And that’s kind of when Single Salley came back full force.”
Carson also previously described her relationship as “really toxic” to PEOPLE, adding that now, “I’m in a completely different place than I was when I was on The Bachelor.“
Southern Charm airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.

Bronny James Trash Talks Back to a Heckler at Lakers Game

Bronny James has a limit when it comes to hecklers.
The 20-year-old rookie played 16 minutes in the Lakers’ road loss to the Denver Nuggets on Friday, March 14, as his father, LeBron James, continued recovery on his groin injury back in Los Angeles.
During the game, a heckler caught Bronny’s attention as he huddled with his teammates on the sidelines. In a video posted on TikTok by the heckler, a Nuggets fan, he seemingly yells for Bronny and then screams, “We own your father.”
Bronny then makes eye contact with his heckler and mouths, “Your chain fake.”
The heckler later revealed himself to be wearing a white t-shirt and a massive gold chain.

Another video from the game shows the same heckler yelling to the Lakers’ new star, Luka Doncic, trying to get a rise out of him as well.
Bronny is no stranger to scrutiny from NBA fans who say he was only drafted into the league — and by his father’s team — because of LeBron’s legacy. The father-son duo recently made headlines when Stephen A. Smith revealed that LeBron, 40, scolded him on the sidelines of a recent game for his critical comments about Bronny.

Smith, 57, said LeBron was “very, very upset” by the recent criticism of his son, but went on to say that LeBron “could’ve called” and had that conversation privately. “He could’ve been just as upset face-to-face, man-to-man as opposed to being courtside at the game,” Smith said on March 7.
Smith said that he believes Bronny, who has averaged 1.4 points per game this season after averaging just over 4 points per game during his college career, is only in the NBA “because of his dad.”

On the March 11 episode of NBA star Gilbert Arenas’ podcast Gil’s Arena, Smith spoke again about the incident, saying, “My point is, rather than come up to me at courtside, all you had to do was say, ‘Yo, I need you to stay, don’t leave this game I need to see you after the game.'”
“And by the way, I’m rooting for him, I ain’t rooting against nobody,” Smith added.

Bronny was drafted with the 55th overall pick in April 2024. On Oct. 22, he and his father made NBA history as the first father and son to share the court.
After their debut game together, LeBron said, “It’s always been family over everything. To be able to have this moment working still and working alongside my son, it’s one of the greatest gifts I got from the man above and I’m going to take full advantage of it.”

Wendy Williams beams on scooter during NYC night out amid guardianship battle

Wendy Williams enjoyed another night out in New York City amid her guardianship battle.
The former talk show host beamed over the weekend while heading to Max Tucci’s NoHo restaurant, Tucci, on a mobility scooter.
The 60-year-old wore a fur-lined coat, black leggings and matching Chanel boots for the Saturday dinner.
She matched her red lip to her manicure, accessorizing with a black ring shaped like a flower.
The Daytime Emmy nominee made headlines for eating at the same restaurant last week.
During the March 12 outing, she sported a green bomber jacket, a black shirt, tights under jean shorts and black fur boots.
She called the meal “great” on “The View” last week, gushing, “There were paparazzi, so we stopped. That’s what I do. I stopped, posed.”
At the time, Williams was newly released from Manhattan’s Lenox Hill Hospital where she underwent a psych evaluation.
She had prompted a wellness check after begging paparazzi for “help” with a handwritten note dropped from the window of her assisted living facility in the Big Apple.
Williams spoke about her cognitive test while calling into “The View” Friday.
“It was my choice to get an independent evaluation on my incapacitation,” she said. “How dare they say I have incapacitation. I do not!”
The former broadcaster also told viewers she wants her guardian, Sabrina Morrissey, to “get off [her] neck.”
Williams similarly told “The Breakfast Club” and “Good Day New York” listeners that she wants out of her court-ordered guardianship — and her facility, which she has compared to a “prison.”
The guardianship began in 2022, and Williams was subsequently diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia and aphasia.
Williams has, however, repeatedly insisted — as have her family members — that she is not “cognitively impaired.”
She took steps to end her guardianship last month, on the heels of firing her court-appointed lawyer.
Morrissey, notably, has hit back at Williams’ “inaccurate” claims via her lawyer, with the attorney praising the “excellent” care Williams is allegedly receiving.

Hilaria Baldwin Was ‘Messing with’ Paparazzi in Mob Wife Aesthetic

Hilaria Baldwin is opening up about the pitfalls of how she has navigated the paparazzi in the past.
The mother of seven, 41, revealed on the March 16 episode of The Baldwins that she knows it’s better to “disengage” when approached by photographers, adding, “Have I always disengaged? No. Have I had problems? Absolutely.”
The television personality recalled one incident with the paparazzi after her husband Alec Baldwin was charged with involuntary manslaughter for a second time in connection with the fatal 2021 Rust shooting in January 2024. The case was dismissed in July of that year.
“They’re all there, I got mobbed in the morning. It was just absolutely insane,” Hilaria recalled as a headline is shown, which reads “Brrr! Hilaria Baldwin Nails Mob Wife Aesthetic in Freezing Temps!”

After audio played of commentators questioning the reason for her fashion choices — which included a mini skirt, fish net stockings, and silver metallic jacket — she defended her decision, saying, “Alec needed to try to get in the car and to try to protect him, I went inside, put on a ridiculous outfit and went back outside.”
“I mean, the fact that they didn’t realize that I was messing with them is extraordinary,” she added.
Hilaria then further detailed how her plan worked, explaining, “I put my back to the corner so their back was to the apartment, and then we had a car pull up. Alec goes into the car [and] drives off. Then, I walked right back to the house.”
She denied that she was clamoring for the spotlight.
“People call me an attention seeker, like they’ll say all sorts of things because they don’t understand what I’m doing, and so they think I’m nuts, and I’m like, you know what? Call me nuts, but you know what?” she said. “I’m gonna take care of my husband and I’m gonna take care of my kids.”

Alec admitted that he has also had “skirmishes” with the paparazzi over the years, but he has since tried to change his ways.
“I’m 66 years old,” he said. “What are you gonna do now? You either punch every tabloid photographer, the way the world is now, you’re going to be exhausted by the end of the day. If the guy’s taking a picture of my family from 75 feet away when I was much younger, I would really, really let that bother me. But after everything we’ve been through, I just want to take care of my family. I want to be left alone.”
However, he acknowledged he would still defend his family, saying, “I don’t want to say, oh, I can show you some yelling, but I mean, you know, get a paparazzi in here who tries to chip my wife’s teeth with a lens of this camera, then you’re gonna see some yelling.”
