Patriots QB Drake Maye finally breaks silence on Mike Vrabel, Dianna Russini photo scandal

New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye has finally broken his silence on coach Mike Vrabel’s photo scandal with sports reporter Dianna Russini.
“Yeah, we’re here for Coach, we love Coach,” the athlete told WHDH-TV 7News in Boston Wednesday. “What he does for us, what he’s done for us this past year, you can’t speak into words, and just thankful he’s our head coach.”
Maye, 23, added that although he knows Vrabel is “dealing with some stuff off the field and out of the coaching world,” he and his teammates are “here for him.”
“I know he’s gonna come back,” he shared.
The NFL star’s comment comes nearly a month after Page Six released exclusive photos of Vrabel, 50, and Russini, 43, holding hands and hugging at a luxury resort in Sedona, Arizona.
The coach and the sportscaster — who are both married to other people — insisted they were joined by other friends at the resort, despite multiple eyewitnesses disputing their claims.
“These photos show a completely innocent interaction and any suggestion otherwise is laughable. This doesn’t deserve any further response,” Vrabel told us in a statement at the time.
Russini said in her own statement, “The photos don’t represent the group of six people who were hanging out during the day. Like most journalists in the NFL, reporters interact with sources away from stadiums and other venues.”
Despite their denials, Russini was sidelined by the New York Times and then resigned from her position as senior NFL insider at the Athletic.
For his part, Vrabel announced that he would not be with his team for Day 3 of the 2026 NFL Draft to focus on family and personal matters and seek counseling.
A day later, Page Six published photos of Vrabel and Russini cozying up together at a dimly-lit New York City bar in 2020 — six years before their Arizona resort outing.
“They were kissing and they were all over each other,” an eyewitness told Page Six. “He had a ring on.”
At the time, Mike was already married to his wife, Jen Vrabel, while Russini was set to say “I do” to her now-husband, Shake Shack executive Kevin Goldschmidt, just six months later.
Following the release of the latest batch of photos, Russini deleted her social media accounts.
Page Six also exclusively reported that the pics prompted Mike and his wife, Jen, to have an emergency 24-hour marriage summit in Park City, Utah.
Mike and Russini each share two children with their respective spouses.

Jalen Brunson jokes about his plans after Knicks win — and it involves Mariska Hargitay

Dun dun.
Jalen Brunson playfully joked about snagging a role alongside Mariska Hargitay on the crime series “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” after winning the NBA Finals 2026.
On Saturday night, the New York Knicks star was asked what was next for him after he and his team defeated the San Antonio Spurs in Game 5.
“Try to get on, try to go to ‘SVU,’” he quipped, per an Instagram video shared by the NBA.
Following the historic win, Hargitay, 62, took to Instagram to celebrate the Knicks’ win with a throwback photo of Brunson as a kid, repping a T-shirt for the NBA team and holding a basketball.
“You found a way” was written atop the photo of the point guard, now 29, in orange-and-blue letters.
“And you lead the way for so many,” the actress captioned the photo. “Congratulations to you all and deepest thanks. #NBAFINALS CAPTAIN @jalenbrunson1 @nyknicks CHAMPIONS #BELIEVE.”
Hargitay has portrayed New York Police Department detective Olivia Benson on the long-standing NBC series since 1999.
There are currently 27 seasons of the crime drama, which also stars Christopher Meloni as Elliot Stabler and Dann Florek as Donald Cragen.
Brunson has been candid about his admiration for Hargitay, admitting that he looks for her at every Knicks game hosted at their home stadium, Madison Square Garden.
“Love her to death [and] she knows it,” he confessed on a previous episode of “The Richard Jefferson Show.”
The athlete referred to himself as the “Lake Placid” star’s “No. 1.”
As a loyal Knicks fan, Hargitay has attended several games this season, including the Eastern Conference Finals game against the Cleveland Cavaliers in May.
She was also present at several NY-based matches during the NBA Finals, including Game 3, which she attended with Meloni, her “SVU” co-star.
Cameras also captured the moment Hargitay jumped up and down with pal Taylor Swift to celebrate the Knicks’ win at Game 4.
Hargitay looked relieved that the Knicks won, joking that the team’s comeback win may have surpassed her 2004 wedding to Peter Hermann as the “greatest night of her life.”

Spike Lee denies Prince Harry’s handshake in awkward Knicks vs. Spurs game interaction

So much for doing the right thing.
Spike Lee rejected Prince Harry’s handshake in an awkward moment at Saturday’s New York Knicks vs. San Antonio Spurs game, as seen in Page Six’s exclusive video.
The filmmaker, 69, watched the Duke of Sussex, 41, hug someone in the stands at Texas’ Frost Bank Center at the NBA Finals Game 5 before saying something to the retired royal.
When Harry noticed the Oscar winner pointing at him, he doubled back and stuck his hand out.
The former military pilot then placed his hand awkwardly on Lee’s stomach as the director denied his handshake and pointed a finger at him.
The pair ultimately did shake hands while continuing to chat.
Lee pointed to himself as Harry departed — seemingly asking something along the lines of, “Who, me?” — and Harry replied with an affirmative finger point back as he walked away.
Reps for Lee and Harry did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
Perhaps the duo were addressing Harry’s old secret Facebook account under the alias Spike Wells, which Lee has spoken about publicly.
Lee even gave a Prince William “a message” about the social media move in 2019, requesting the Prince of Wales “ask [his brother] why he did that.”
During a subsequent “Today” show appearance, Lee told viewers, “I asked his brother to find out! When I know, you’ll know!”
Harry, who posted photos with his then-girlfriend Chelsy Davy on the account at the time, is rumored to have chosen the name Spike Wells as a combination of his longtime nickname and military alias.
He and Lee, notably, were not among the celebrities seated on celebrity row for this weekend’s star-studded NBA matchup.
Harry, who made a surprise solo appearance at the game sans wife Meghan Markle, was relegated to the eighth row.
Sydney Sweeney, Scooter Braun and more A-listers also did not watch from front and center.
Ben Stiller and Timothée Chalamet, meanwhile, did sit courtside as the New York-based team beat the Spurs for their first NBA championship in 53 years.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce put wedding guests on lockdown with ‘ironclad’ NDA: report

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s love story includes an NDA.
Ahead of the couple’s upcoming nuptials, TMZ reported on Saturday that guests who received a wedding invite are required to sign a ironclad non-disclosure agreement before receiving any details about the big day.
Insiders added that when a guest confirms their attendance, they are then sent the NDA link.
Anyone attending is prohibited from sharing details about the wedding and will be penalized if violations occur. Those consequences, however, were not disclosed to TMZ.
Page Six reached out to a rep for Swift for comment.
Karlie Kloss, Zoë Kravitz, Ed Sheeran, Suki Waterhouse, the Haim sisters, Gigi Hadid and Selena Gomez are among A-listers who have reportedly received invites.
Page Six recently confirmed that Miles Teller and his wife, Keleigh Sperry, were left off the list after a falling out.
Multiple sources told Page Six earlier this month that Swift and Kelce, both 36, are set to tie the knot at New York City’s Madison Square Garden.
“Everyone’s been sworn to secrecy,” said one source.
Page Six previously exclusively reported that the Grammy winner and football player’s special day will take place in New York over July 3 weekend.
A source explained that “privacy was of number one importance to them both.”
The insider added that the potential plan could have guests arriving to the venue on blacked-out buses.
Another source stated: “If you have billions you can transform the space into a wedding venue.”
The venue currently has no events scheduled from June 29 through July 6.
In the weeks leading up to their wedding, Swift and Kelce have been spotted out on the town together on multiple occasions.
They dined at several NYC hotspots last month, including Or’esh and Via Carota.
That same month, Kelce and Swift were also spotted at a Knicks game in New York.
On Thursday, the Kansas City Chiefs tight-end joined the “Lover” singer at her Songwriters Hall of Fame induction.
The couple, got engaged in August 2025, with Kelce popping the question to the pop star in the garden of his Leawood, Kansas, home after two years of dating.
