Lala Kent unveils the key to her post-baby body transformation following the birth of Ocean

Lala Kent has been prioritizing fitness during her second pregnancy and reflecting on how she regained her shape after giving birth to her first daughter, Ocean. In a recent Instagram post, the “Vanderpump Rules” star shared a video of herself working out with her personal trainer, Jenna Willis, and credited genetics for her postpartum figure.
In the caption, Kent wrote, “I attribute my ‘bounce back’ body after I gave birth to Ocean, to genetics, primarily. My mama said the second one hits diff tho lol. So it’s important that Jenna Willis keep a preggo-friendly workout routine going.” The video showed Kent doing lunges with weights and bodyweight squats.
Kent announced her second pregnancy on March 3 via sperm donor after ending her engagement with Randal Emmett. She explained her decision to use a sperm donor in an interview with friend Scheana Shay, stating, “I’m doing a sperm donor, period. I will not even attempt to try and do it a different way. I don’t want another person involved.”
The ongoing custody battle over her daughter, Ocean, with Emmett has been challenging for Kent. She expressed in an interview with Page Six that she feels like the resolution is far off, saying, “His side is just so chaotic and I don’t see resolution coming anytime soon. I would like [its end] to come, but we’re still in it.”
Recently, Kent threw shade at Emmett while elaborating on her decision to use a sperm donor. She stated in an interview on Amazon Live, “The best part about my baby daddy is that he does not exist. I have been pretty open about wanting to really have full control of — I guess not my child, but having them around me all the time. I don’t want to share my child again. It’s something that I’ve experienced, and I refuse to experience it again.”
Kent’s dedication to fitness during her pregnancies and her decision to prioritize her well-being and autonomy in her parenting journey have garnered attention. As she navigates her second pregnancy and custody battle, Kent continues to show resilience and strength in maintaining her physical and emotional well-being.

Josh Gad Reveals Why He’s Using Snapchat with Daughter (Exclusive)

Josh Gad knows how to build a snowman – and how to successfully Snapchat his two daughters.
When the Frozen actor’s two daughters — Isabella Eve, 11, and Ava Tanya, 14, who he shares with longtime wife Ida Darvish — started pestering him about letting them use social media, Gad admits he was hesitant at first.
“We are the parents who are screamed at every day of the week by our children saying, ‘Why can’t you just be like everyone else’s parents and let us have unlimited screen time and phone time?’ ” Gad jokes to PEOPLE. “But the truth is I think we’re both aware of the fact that this technology is addictive, clinically proven to be addictive, and at the same time unavoidable.”

The actor explains that he didn’t want to isolate his daughters from their friends by restricting them from a way to communicate, but he and his wife weren’t comfortable with some of the social media apps that were on the market. Until they found Snapchat.
“When we determined that her friends were using [Snapchat] as their primary source of communication, my wife saw that Snapchat had a family center with controlled settings,” Gad admits, referencing his older daughter Ava. “And it immediately gave both parties, my daughter and us, the reassurances that we need to allow her to use this as her primary source of communication.”
While he says he and his wife trust their kids “implicitly,” Gad didn’t trust other people on the Internet who might not have their best interests at heart.
“So any ability to monitor and hopefully prevent that kind of unwanted communication, I think that it should be the focus of every single one of these services,” he continues.
“And to Snapchat’s credit, they really put their money where their mouth is, and have created and continue to adjust this service that parents like us, who are skeptical of allowing our kids to jump onto these platforms, we can breathe easier at night knowing that we are in control of the destiny of what this looks like.”
Gad says that his entire family has gotten onboard with Snapchat — even his 76-year-old mother.
“My niece would never text with my 76-year-old mother, and my mom got so frustrated and she kept trying to text her, and I think she learned the word ghosting off of their attempts at communication,” he jokes. “So my mom learned about Snapchat and downloaded it, and now my niece and her communicate all the time.”
The Book of Mormon alum says Snapchat’s been a “really fun form of engagement” for his family and notes that they still can enforce screen time with their daughters.
“We’re sort of like, when you’ve got your 20 to 30 minutes, use it. If you want to use it Snapping silly pictures with friends, and we’re aware of what you’re Snapping, and not that we creep on you all the time, but we make sure that no unfiltered things are coming through, not necessarily going out, I’m all for it,” explains Gad.
“I’m like, ‘Yes, have fun. I get it. I know that that’s how you want to talk to your friends,'” he adds.
The star says he knows he needs to work on his Snapchat skills since his daughters now consider texting “archaic.”
“I now know it’s an inevitability that I’m going to need to up my own Snapping because I see my daughters quickly losing a desire to communiSate with me in other traditional ways, like the dinner table,” says Gad. “So I’m like, ‘Okay, let’s snap about your day back and forth, if that will allow me to understand what the hell you did at school today.”
Although his younger daughter doesn’t yet have a phone to Snap with her sister, Gad says his girls are still “inseparable.”
“They’re inseparable and yet they fight all the time,” he jokes. “It’s the craziest thing. It’s like they love each other to the point that they want to hurt each other.”

‘White executives’ questioned Latina heritage

Rachel Zegler hit back at a “bunch of white executives” who allegedly questioned her Latina heritage when she auditioned for a role in “West Side Story.”
“There’s confusion because I don’t have a single ounce of Latin in my name,” the New Jersey-born actress — whose mother and father are of Colombian and Polish descent, respectively — told Allure for her March 2025 cover story published Tuesday.
“When I was in the running for María in ‘West Side Story,‘ they kept calling to ask if I was legit. I remember thinking, ‘Do you want me to bring my abuelita [grandmother] in? I will. I’ll bring her into the studio if you want to meet her,’” she added.
Zegler, 23, said she was puzzled at the idea of “having a bunch of white executives have you prove your identity to them.”
She added, “It’s an interesting experience being part of that diaspora in the current climate we live in. But I love being Colombian.”
In June 2021, Disney announced Zegler would star as Snow White in a live-action remake of its 1937 animated film.
At the time, director Marc Webb told Deadline he was impressed with the rising star’s “extraordinary vocal abilities” as well as “her strength, intelligence and optimism.”
The casting made headlines six months before the release of “West Side Story,” which earned Zegler a Golden Globe for best actress in a musical or comedy film in 2022.
The “Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes” star got a glowing letter of recommendation from “West Side Story” director Steven Spielberg, and Disney execs ultimately backtracked and agreed she was the right fit for the role of Snow White when she sang “Waiting on a Wish” and performed other scenes.
“They saw something. Something they could invest in for the future,” she told Allure.
“The reality is, I was given a chance because I could sing. My only prayer for the future of diversity and inclusion is that we invest in and nurture talent no matter what they look like.”
“Snow White” hits theaters Friday.

Sean Lowe Kisses Daughter Mia, 5, While Showing Off Stitches from Brutal Dog Attack

Sean Lowe is feeling loved after a serious attack from his own dog.
“We love this man so much,” the 41-year-old Bachelor alum’s wife Catherine Giudici captioned a social media photo of her husband doing a kissy pose with their 5-year-old daughter Mia. Sean and Catherine also share sons Samuel, 8, and Isaiah, 7.
Showing her support, Catherine, 38, added a single orange heart emoji to the Tuesday, March 18, post and turned off the comments.
As Sean reached for his little girl, his extended arms showed fresh bite marks left by the family’s dog Moose.
On Monday, March 17, the former reality television star made a somber Instagram video as Catherine sat beside him, listening as he explained to his followers that the canine they knew and loved viciously attacked Sean twice in less than 12 hours.
“Our family has been through it the last few days but we’ll be okay. Thank you to everyone for the support. We’re very grateful,” the lengthy announcement was captioned.
Sean began the video by saying he didn’t initially plan to share what happened. However, because he often posts Moose and personal family moments on his page, he knew fans would eventually have questions.
The father of three said that on March 13, he was home barbequing with friends while Catherine was away with the kids at the mall.
According to Sean, it was a beautiful evening, so he left the doors and windows open. However, smoke from the barbeque made its way inside the home, setting off the smoke detectors.

As he began to fan the smoke with a rag, the boxer lunged for the cloth, nipping Sean’s finger.
Unfortunately, that was just the beginning.
“He shows his teeth at me and just attacks me. I don’t mean bite and then run off — like a lot of dogs do when they’re scared or defensive — I mean attacks me,” he said. “I feel him ripping into the flesh of my arm and at this point, I’m doing everything I possibly can just to fend this dog off … I know I’m bleeding badly.”
At some point, he managed to get Moose on the other side of a door, but the canine came back.
“I’m not trying to be dramatic but I honestly just felt like I am fighting for my life here against my dog,” he said.
Sean admitted he was shocked at the situation, noting that just hours before Moose had been relaxing, laying his head in Sean’s lap.

He said the bite wounds left “a pool of blood” so large he thought an artery had been ruptured.
His friends were able to take him to the hospital to get stitched up.
The following day, Sean was making arrangements to have Moose removed from the home out of an abundance of caution for the safety of his family, especially of their young children.
His parents were picking up the kids when Moose ran out of the home and attacked Sean again.

“Going through a dog attack is pretty darn traumatic. Having to re-live it less than 12 hours later, seeing that dog running straight at you, is a feeling I don’t think I ever want to experience again,” he said.
Police were dispatched to the residence to take Moose away and Sean received more stitches.
“It wasn’t Moose’s fault. I think it’s clear he experienced a lot of trauma before we got him and had something neurologically wrong where just a switch flipped and he turned into an absolute killer, which was so weird,” Sean added of the boxer. Sean and Catherine adopted Moose as a Christmas gift to their children. They shared the news at the time in a joint Instagram post.
