Despite steep price drop, Pete Davidson’s Staten Island condo still hasn’t sold

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The “King of Staten Island” actor is having trouble making his borough condo a memory.

The 31-year-old actor — and soon-to-be dad — is enduring a lengthy process to sell his St. George condo, located within the Accolade apartment building at 90 Bay Street Landing.

The condo, which Davidson originally purchased for $1.2 million in 2021, was re-listed in January of this year for $1.1 million and then dropped in July to $1.07 million, according to online real estate sites. It is presently off the market.

This year’s asking price represents a steep drop from the condo’s original list price in December 2022 of $1.3 million. He put the 1,592-square-foot condo up for sale in favor of a move to Brooklyn, and jokingly blamed Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge traffic for the move off Staten Island.

Davidson additionally bought a home for his mother in the borough back in 2017.

Beyond the condo and his mother’s house, Davidson additionally rents a Brooklyn brownstone and owns an Update New York home, the U.S. Sun reported — alongside the retired Staten Island Ferry that he co-owns with “SNL” costar Colin Jost.

Davidson is expecting his first child with girlfriend Elsie Hewitt this winter.

Despite reports from the U.S. Sun that the condo is a financial drain on Davidson and that he spent “a lot of money” on the home, an insider blew off the claims, telling the Sun, “Thankfully, the truth is that this is one of the busiest times of his career between films, endorsements and international stand up.”

“There are a lot of folks who want to be in the Pete Davidson business,” they added.

According to a previous real estate listing, the condo has a sleek, modern open concept layout featuring “enormous windows which provide natural lighting from dawn till dusk.” The condo includes two bedrooms, three bathrooms and a bright custom kitchen that opens to a spacious family room, “optimal” for entertaining. The condo also features panoramic views of New York Harbor and the Manhattan skyline.

The master bedroom suite has a private bathroom with “a custom shower and a highly coveted, glamorous walk-in closet. Not to mention, massive glass doors [that] lead to an exclusive terrace on the seventh floor, which provides immeasurable views of the city skyline,” the listing said.

Perks of the building include that it’s a pet-friendly space with 24-hour security, a clubhouse, health club, tennis club, indoor playroom and outdoor playground, the listing says.

Penguins sideline reporter fired one month after her wedding

Penguins rinkside reporter Hailey Hunter experienced that emotional roller coaster this week as it was revealed she was fired by SportsNet Pittsburgh — a month after getting married.

“Unfortunately, I was told the Penguins have decided that they simply wanted to move in a different direction with the role,” Hunter told TribLive. “I really wasn’t given any details, but I understand that’s the business we are in.”

Hunter spent three years with the SportsNet after joining the broadcasting team during the 23-24 season, helping cover the franchise her father, Tim Hrynewich, played 55 games for from 1982-84.

A graduate of Ohio State, she first attempted to make the LPGA Tour before entering the broadcasting business.

Hunter and fiancé Gage Posey married on May 16 after five years together.

Against Switzerland, Basic should once again be very important to setting up Bosnia and Herzegovina’s attackers, especially if Džeko plays as he has elite aerial ability.

Marsch might be tempted to ride the hot hand in this critical game and start Larin. Whether that means playing in place of David or alongside of him in a two-striker formation, Larin might be the team’s best goal-scoring threat right now based on form.

To celebrate the United States’ massive Semiquincentennial (its landmark 250th birthday), New York City is turning the world’s most famous countdown into a rolling, 24-hour nationwide party on Friday, July 3rd, 2026.

For the first time since the tradition began in 1907, the iconic Times Square Ball will drop during the summer–eight separate times in a single day, no less!

Here’s everything you need to know about this historic event, including why you actually can’t watch it from the streets of Times Square.

🪩 A 24-hour marathon: eight drops for eight time zones

Organized by America250 and One Times Square, the “Giving 4th Broadcast Benefit Show” will use the crystal ball to unite the entire country, counting down to midnight across every single American time zone.

Even wilder? Each of the eight drops will feature its own special custom Ball design.

The marathon schedule tracks the sun from sea to shining sea (all times EDT):

10 am: The first drop kicks off for the Chamorro Time Zone (Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands)
Rolling Afternoon Drops: Special countdowns and musical performances will follow for Puerto Rico and the continental U.S
11:59 pm: The main event—the signature New York City countdown signaling the official arrival of July 4th on the East Coast
Late Night & Morning: The party keeps moving west through Central, Mountain, Pacific, Alaska, and Hawaii-Aleutian time zones
7 am (July 4th): The eighth and final ball drop concludes in American Samoa

🚫 The catch: you can’t watch from the streets

Unlike New Year’s Eve, there will be no public viewing areas in the plazas or streets of Times Square. The event is being produced strictly as a mega-broadcast and livestream event, and the drops won’t even be visible from the ground outside the building

The good news: millions will be able to stream the event live in real time.

The broadcast will feature high-energy cultural moments and musical performances, all building into a massive July 4th concert broadcast live from the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum (hosted by Queen Latifah and featuring Chris Stapleton and The Smashing Pumpkins).
