Lindsay Hubbard expresses feeling emotional and hurt after accusing ex Carl Radke of using cocaine.
In a recent Instagram Story post, Lindsay Hubbard shared her feelings about accusing her ex-fiancé, Carl Radke, of using cocaine on a recent episode of “Summer House.” She expressed regret over her choice of words, admitting that she was emotional and hurt in the moment. Hubbard clarified that her comments were meant for a private conversation with a friend, not to be broadcasted on national television.
Hubbard further explained that prior to that episode, she had never questioned Radkea’s sobriety and had always been a strong supporter of him. She emphasized that her intention was to lean on her friends for support during a vulnerable time. The couple had previously been engaged but called off their engagement in August of last year.
Throughout the episode, Hubbard speculated multiple times that Radke was not sober. She shared with her housemates her concerns about his behavior and even referred to him as “Cocaine Carl.” However, the next morning, after sobering up, they had a conversation about her hurtful words. Radke, who has been sober for three years, reminded Hubbard of his commitment to sobriety and how important it is to him.
For Radke, sobriety is a crucial part of his lifestyle, as he began his journey after his brother passed away from a drug overdose in 2020. Despite his struggles with substance abuse in the past, Radke has remained steadfast in his commitment to living a sober life.
In a candid interview with Page Six, Radke expressed discomfort at Hubbard’s questioning of his sobriety on the show. He explained that he had not touched alcohol or cocaine in three years and was proud of his progress. Radke acknowledged that their breakup would be a topic of discussion on the show and was regretful of how things ended between them.
As the drama between Hubbard and Radke unfolds on “Summer House,” fans can expect to see their breakup play out on screen. Radke has been open about his regrets regarding their separation and expressed a desire to make things right. Despite the challenges they face, both Hubbard and Radke are committed to moving forward and finding closure in their relationship.
